A safe and effective vaccine would be the best solution to eradicate COVID-19 pandemic. Classic platforms are used develop vaccines including live-attenuated vaccines, inactivated protein subunit viral vectors. The high production rate has raised concerns about their safety, although still sole promising vanish COVID-19. reported severe adverse effects have fear complications. Previous studies unveiled that some like measles, mumps, rubella, influenza, Hepatitis A, B, human papillomavirus, diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis induce diseases. It becomes critical know whether will cause neurologic disorders, ischaemic stroke, encephalomyelitis, acute transverse myelitis, myocarditis, kidney disease, myositis, allergic reactions. We exemplify potential problems these could by looking at previous studies. By reviewing reports of side different we investigated diseases may associated with vaccination; however, it should noted observation long-time effect is needed.
